1 · Site analytics choice
On your first visit, you may accept or decline anonymous site analytics. Declining does not affect browsing or use of the tool. Your choice is kept only in your local browser and is requested again after 180 days
If accepted, we load Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as web analytics that does not use cookies or browser storage; see its documentation
2 · Readiness Check 完成記錄

我們不在提交資料庫寫入姓名、公司名稱、客戶資料、聯絡方式、錢包地址、交易資料、金額、自由文字、IP 位址、User-Agent 或可供回訪識別的 ID。Cloudflare 為提供網絡服務而處理連線資料；SignetFolio 的問卷資料庫不保留這些欄位

2 · Readiness Check completion records
When the eight-question check is completed, we record: jurisdiction, purpose, activity categories, custody method, source-count band, transaction-volume band, record status, opening-support status, generated readiness result, page language, tool version and completion date
The submission database does not store names, firm names, client records, contact details, wallet addresses, transaction data, amounts, free text, IP addresses, user-agent values or return-visitor identifiers. Cloudflare processes connection data to deliver network services; the SignetFolio response database does not retain those fields
These fixed selections help us understand common preparation needs and improve the tool and service scope. Completing this tool means you have read this data-use notice
3 · 保存與保護
單次完成記錄會保留最多 24 個月，其後由系統刪除。系統會保留不含單次記錄的按月彙總統計，以便了解長期趨勢。資料只供 SignetFolio 的服務分析使用，不出售或用作廣告受眾建立
3 · Retention and protection
Individual completion records are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. The system retains monthly aggregate statistics without individual records to understand long-term trends. Data is used only for SignetFolio service analysis, and is not sold or used to build advertising audiences
